[School] BLECH, I say, BLECH.
So, I'm writing this mostly because I feel like writing an entry and this is what I have to write about.
The JavaScript book is only getting worse. It's so bad now, at the beginning of chapter 4, that I seriously considered dropping the class so I could study the JavaScript for Dummies book on my own time and come back to the class later. I considered this so seriously that the only reason I haven't done it is because the CAVs system doesn't give me the option. >:( It does for the other class (Flash, which I'm slightly behind in because I've been focusing on JavaScript), but not for the one I need. Probably because it's an eight week course and that makes us halfway through. Fuck.
I'm going to email the teacher and see what he says. I don't have much confidence in his ability to help. Most of the teachers seem to be absolutely incompetent when it comes to teaching courses online. Maybe if I can get him in his office OH WAIT HE'S AN ADJUNCT AND DOESN'T HAVE ONE BECAUSE THE SCHOOL CAN'T PAY BECAUSE OF BUDGET CUTS TO EDUCATION BUT GUESS WHO STILL GETS PAID THEIR OBSCENE SALARIES (I'LL GIVE YOU A HINT = THE POLITICIANS).

I have stuff to say on writing that I will say in a later post today.
