Adventures in canning
Well, I got it into my head that I wanted to make some homemade gifts this year. I decided that I wanted to make herb-infused oils to go with vinegar for salad or to bake french fries in or dip bread in, etc. It is really not that hard but it is a bit of a time consuming process. I only hope that the seals on my jars seal. I'm waiting for them to cool and I am hearing the odd pop and click as some of the jars seal...yay. I am worried that I will lose some due to my inexperience. I really don't want to have to do this all over again.
