Progress, and criticism on the latest publication - oh noes!
I already have chapters 14 and 15 edited. Mwa ha ha! At this rate, maybe I can get another chapter done while Critter is napping later. I did more deleting than adding today; word count is now 84,494.
In blog news, it looks like Bookslut isn't too keen on the six-word memoir trend. It's just one little line of commentary, right at the top of the page.
I'm still hoping my sentence will get quoted in one of these promotional articles, but so far it's just the same favored memoirs over and over again. Especially the ones by the famous folks. Hey, us obscure authors deserve some recognition. Or is that missing the point?
