The week has been spent on Normal and editing older published stories for republication. I have to say, I've been so focused on newer works that I've mostly ignored the reprint aspect. In some cases, the markets are few because of word count (such as under 500 words or over 6,000) but I'm tweaking so they might find publication again.

As an old school RPG lover, I'm rather fond of A.R. Williams's
post over here. I've been playing a bit of Dragon Quest IX before bed most nights as a reward for making my writing goals. As my close friends know,
I'm a bit of a Dragon Quest nut. So yep, I totally get the concept of leveling up my writing skills and beating the bosses.

Earlier this week I received the final draft of my Chicken Soup essay. I was very happy to note that the only change was the title (which wasn't a surprise). I couldn't find any alterations in the story itself. That's a good feeling. Still need to wait a month or so to find out if my story makes the book, though.
