Well, livejournal, I return with news. I finally moved into my new apartment after much avail. Everything is here and all I need to do is clean up a bit then it's PARTY time. June 10th is the tentative date. It will be my neighbor Christine's birthday that weekend so we might double-celebrate... oh you know. Margaritas, sangria, musicians jamming

Start off with a good paint job of one or two rooms - if it's a big room, only paint 3 walls as not to make it seem smaller. Hang stuff on the walls you wouldn't normally... to take up space (I do scarves and sunglasses, I've seen guys do ties... not even in a straight line but zig-zag too). Buy shitty old furniture and just paint it black and it will make anything you put on it stand out. That's a start, right?
