I need to update more. I feel better whenever I do. I feel like I'm venting without rambling to either my boyfriend or parents - the only people I ever really talk to anymore. Not complaining about that fact but I don't want to seem like a chatty nuisance

But I don't waaaaaaanna make my portions smaller or eat healthy. I want my mac and cheese and CHEESY mashed potaters and pastas and... and... ICE CREAM! lol Ugh. I was so depressed today; cottage cheese for breakfast, salad for lunch, small fruit snack for mid-afternoon snack, small bowl of camp stew for dinner, and just now a small bowl of oatmeal (I heard it's one of the foods you can try to eat to help you sleep better). And I'm starving. It feels like I practically ate nothing. I wish my stomach could shrink faster.

I have noticed the difference with cutting out soda but I've started drinking them again lately. Do you only drink water? I'm not even gonna talk about alcohol... because whenever I say I'm doing good, that's when I go out and binge drink.

Hey, if we both go outside right now, I bet we can lose 10lbs in water weight - we'll sweat it off lol. My mom might give me her treadmill soon so I'm looking forward to able to exercise more inside... but it will again be called the dreadmill once exercising commences again.

OMGAH!!! Inception!! I've seen it twice and if you lived here, I would be dragging you with me every time I go to the theater because I still get in for free sometimes because one of the guys that bowls on my team for cruise league still works there as a manager. I'm eating better now just because of my mom being in the hospital (That's where I am now. Sup free wireless!) But - omg cheese. Cheese is the best thing ever and now I have to regulate it. That just makes me so sad panda.

I only drink water, juice and if I'm feeling fancy, sweet tea. I've never actually binge drunk before because I'm always driving and my limit before crazy is 2 strong drinks. I can drink a bottle of wine and be fine, but two hard liquors is where I stop.

IT'S STILL SO HOT. 115 IS NOT HUMAN.

I'm so ready for football just because at least something is on tv. I might not understand much of it, but it's fun to watch grown men hit each other.
