... Pretty much sums up my experience with pre-paid SmartBro internet so far. It's been less than 24 hours since I've gotten connected, and I've suffered through abonimably slow connection speed (2 bars of signal, around 1 pm till 3 pm), to reasonably quick (like right now, around 7 pm; 4 signal bars! Yay!). Still way slower than the speeds I've gotten used to as a long-time loyalist of UPlay, a local internet cafe in Batangas City, though.
Well, off to write. Again. Scribble-dee-doo.
