Ok..so MORE proof that my manager is a TOTAL and complete idiot MORON.
I called off sick today. So now I'm suspended for 2 days (but I have Christmas break off so its more like a month) because they couldn't find anyone to do the job. They told Thomas he HAD to come in and finish his rooms..but not mine. So he didn't do mine and left. So the manager calls ME and bitches at ME for him not doing them, and I was like "I fail to see how this is my fault." "Well you're the one who called off sick and you didn't find someone to cover you." "Um..isn't that YOUR job?" "NONONO, it's YOURS." I totally ALMOST asked her "Well then what IS your job?"
She's SUCH AN IDIOT. OMG. She doesn't do jack shit, neither does her daughter, her daughter's best friend, or her own friend. They get 80 hours a week to sit in a room and watch TV. Besides, wasn't it THOMAS' fault the rooms didn't get cleaned? He was the one that agreed to go back in to clean them. By the way, we're almost completely out of shampoo, but does she think to order some? NOOO.
I'm so close to quitting again. Thomas almost did, and I almost told the manager "Fine. Don't put me back on the schedule. I quit."
Oh. Our Christmas bonus was 25 dollars and a Book of Mormon. YAY. (Um the motel owners made more than a million dollars?? And we get 25 dollars of it. WHOOHOO.)
