Mmmmm, I haven't felt this good in a while, or so it seems. I slept for a long time yesterday, and got paid for two hours of library Jeopardy (surprisingly fun), and had a two-hour conversation with a sort-of stranger who turned out to have a lot in common with me, and watched a melodramatic Ewan McGregor movie, and talked about sex with my roommate. And now I have a couple burned CDs of music I've been meaning to listen to for a while ("Stairway to Heaven" is divine, I don't know why I haven't heard it more often).
Curious recipe for satisfaction, that. :)
In other news, I have one word: FINALS. I should probably start studying for those about - now. But first I have to clean and listen to good music and call/write to people. Hopefully will get around to watching "Shallow Grave" as well. Oh, and definitely "Brokeback Mountain" if I can get to the theatre. A movie about gay cowboys, played by Jake Gyllenhaal and Heath Ledger, and directed by Ang Lee - this I must see.
Which reminds me of a quote invented last night by my roommate and I: "Ah, what would we do without yummy boys." "Be gay!" (Hmm. It was funnier last night, as is often the case).
