I gained 1 lb last week. I don't know yet how reliable that result really is b/c I do have that trend to have weight losses followed by a gain or virtually no loss so it could be just that. Or it could be a plateau. Only time will tell.

My thighs are getting real nice! They're obviously shrinking and they look both better and a little weird. I'm not really complaining. So we're making progress there.

I need to do pilates again. I've been slacking off on that. I had the excuse of the travels then the heat but now it's just procrastination.  I also need to do personal belly dance practices more. I have some events to get ready for in the fall. Sheesh! Relaxing is important but that work is important as well. The daytime job has been kicking my booty (well, my brain) and the stress level from that has been a little on the high side now. So that could be a factor. But the thing is that dancing and pilates are great for my stress level so it's actually a good idea for me to do it.
