So, I lost all the weight that I had gained back... and an extra 0.6 lb for good measure! :p I lost 3.2 lbs! That was in like 10 days.
I could be wrong here but I'm thinking that, since I lost that weight so quickly, I'm still able to lose a bit more. I still have 6.2 lbs technically to go before the arbitrary weight of 130 lbs.
As I was contemplating what I should do with my goal weight last week, I thought about the following: it's clear that I need to firm up in some areas like my legs as they are still very disproportionate to the rest of my body; while I'm doing that, I will continue to work the plan; when I'm satisfied with my body shape, we'll see what weight that will be and that will be my goal weight. Or something like that. ;)
I'm not deluding myself that I'll be a stick figure, mind you. I've always had thicker thighs than average and a booty. I want to keep my booty b/c I actually like it and I don't mind the size of the legs as long as they're at least a little bit muscular.
Anyway. We'll see what will happen. ;)
