I am currently lost in a sea of Ma-s. Seriously though. I thought the Ls went on forever, but this is just ridiculous.
Question. Anyone else seen the clip from next week's episode of The Office? If not,
you should. Even my mom (who refuses to watch, but I'm going to make her watch and love no matter what she says) thought it was hilarious. She doesn't even know the characters.
Question 2. When you read your f-list, do you read every single post or do you skim. If you skim, what is the criteria you use for reading/not? Does the user, subject line, user's icon, community being posted to, etc. play a role? If you're in a lot of communities, do you recognize your people-friends based on their icon? (Yes, that was more than one question, but same-ish topic, so.)
I am still waiting to be contacted about whether I passed the drug test. No, there are no concerns here, only that it was approved by the HR girl in time so I'd have to do it once again.
Finally watched Ugly Betty and DW from this week. UB: ooh. This was funny and sad and I still really like this show. DW: meh. I'm glad it's a two-parter, because I wasn't thrilled with the ep until the last minute or so.
Oh. Question 3. Anyone have any of Missy Higgins' new stuff? If you see it around would you mind sending it my way? Please? This is a desperate plea from a poor girl stuck in Minnesota and very, very far away from any store that would ever have her music in stock.
Today I went to Convention Grill with my dad, and it was excellent, per usual. It's not particularly relevant, but yum.
I'm close to done with The Time Traveler's Wife and it continues to be really good. I just have this apprehension or something, I don't know what my problem is. It's just... I want to finish the task of reading the book, but I know it's going to be so sad and sweet and I'm going to be a wreck because I have a big clue about what's going to happen. So I sit here debating whether or not I can actually finish it.
And finally: I really like this song. I usually skip it, but it really is a classic. :)
