I love people. They never cease to amaze me. And they catch you off guard all the time. But people are wonderful. Maybe I'm too optimistic sometimes, too willing to believe that there is good in everyone, but often, I'm reassured. I mean, Paul Farmer is probably everything that is right with the world. But it's not just people like him, who I've never met. It's little things in your daily lives that surprise you, and it means that much more, because it's on such a personal level.
