who would have thought the weather would have that much of an impact on my mood?
So today I was BEYOND happy and hyper. When I visited Mr. Williams he said he'd never seen me like that before. haha. (oh, and he told me I was a geek because we were going to track practice. I so am a track geek. it's awesome). So yeah, Kim and I ran around outside being insane today and then lifted weights and went to the highschool. Guess who's going to be in the highschool yearbook track picture? haha. yup. me and Kim. It'll be small enough so you won't really be able to tell. But still. And it was awesome seeing everyone again!
Right. So. This weekend....I was in Boston! MIT is a pretty crazy place. I went to 3 museums (MFA, Museum of Science and the MIT museum.) and some tasty places like this ethiopian restaurant and fire and ice. oh, and it was very much snowy. i guess the day before i came it was like 70 degrees. shame. but thats okay, because i still had a blast. ellie's roommate is amazing, and her roommate's boyfriend gave me a tour around Boston while she and ellie were in classes. it was sweet. So I met some of ellie's friends, played risk with them and all that jazz. And I got to see a Carleton friend who lives in Lexington, which was a lot of fun, and he and ellie got along. hooray!!! Hmm, I guess I could go into detail, but I don't really feel like it. And I'd like to take a shower. (oh yeah, and my plane last night was 2 hours late. that was annoying.)
Anyways, I still can't get over how amazing the weather was today. I mean, WOW. Amazing. HOT! I didn't need a sweater or pants! YES!!! I'm just sad I go back on FRIDAY. soooo soon! I'll make the most of it though!
