There is a Fifth Doctor, and he's actually in his study, tidying up a little bit. He's not moving the other's notes or his books, though. He knows how that whole bit works, so he just leaves a designated area untouched

Reid is trying to be as quiet as he possibly can when he pokes his head into the study, doing his best not to be noticed by the other (although if this works or not is entirely up to how observant Five is feeing at that moment).
He'll slip around behind the older one and take the nametags off, dropping both so that they might fall around the blond's neck.
Don't mind if he looks a little over-excited, Doctor, he's trying to be very good and not burst out into all sorts of questions.
Luckily for Reid, Five does not notice him right away. However, when the name tags are dropped, he looks up from his tea at the other, then down to the nametags.
"And what are these for?" He's examining his, a near amused look on his face.
Reid moves around so that he might lean against the arm of Five's chair. "Martha and I thought they would be a good idea," he explains. "Since there are so many of your regenerations running around and not everyone's gotten the chance to meet you, they just know that there's a few Doctors running around."
It occurs to him that this whole thing might come off a bit offensive to the other but that wasn't his intention at all! It was simply to help ease some of the confusion.
"Oh! You're friends with Martha, are you? Lovely girl, she is. Very bright, too."
He looks back to the signs, though, and gives a chuckle. "Very clever of you both. But really, it can't be that hard to remember, we all look distinctly different, you know. Or I certainly hope we do."
There's a nod given as he looks up to the other, having set his tea aside.
"She's nice," he agrees with a smile. "We met once before but I think the name tag thing really got us talking." Well actually, it was Gallifrey that got them talking but y'know, he'll tell that bit later on.
A nod. "Oh, of course you do, but this is for any of us who just so happen to wander in. After all, Martha still doesn't know which Doctor she's traveling with and I wouldn't have had any idea, or even think to ask, if you'd not introduced me to Eight as well...Eight."
There's a shrug. "You certainly don't have to wear it if you don't want to, it just seemed like a good idea."
"Did it really?" A laugh, "And she hasn't figured out which one she has just yet? Poor thing."
There's a shrug given by the Doctor as well, "I might. It isnt a nuissance, but I'm not too sure I'd wear it everywhere. Perhaps in the Inn mainly." A nod.
There's a light prod to the other's arm, "And how've you been? You seem to be in a very chipper mood today." Five is just smiling.
"Well yeah, they weren't really meant to be worn everywhere else. Just in the Inn until everyone gets familiar with who you all are. Then you can bitch them, do a ritual burning or whatever else you can think up."
There's a light laugh. "I think you'd look kind of silly coming out anywhere but the Inn wearing that." A light poke is given to the name tag.
As the poke is given, he slips off the arm of the couch, only to get on his knees, arms folding over the arm of the chair, and his chin resting atop them. "am for the most part. Talking to Martha was entertaining and uhm...Well, we have a bit of a request."
This earns him a somewhat pleased grin. "Really? Well, I guess that works too." And he much prefers that to having them burned anyway.
The grin turns a slight bit more sheepish. "Was I that easy to read. Sorry." But this doesn't stop him from asking his question, oh no!
"Well," he starts. "Martha found me when I was reading a book and we got to talking and well..." He looks pleadingly up at the Doctor,. "We were hoping that maybe, if you were feeling up to it and the TARDIS was in a good mood, that you could take us to see Gallifrey."
As soon as he sees the the look on the other, that distant hurt look, he's on his feet and shaking his head.
"We don't have to go," he replies. "Really, we don't. It was just us being stupid and silly. We can go somewhere else. I'm sure there are plenty of nice places to go."
He doesn't want to make the Doctor do something he doesn't want to, especially after all he's done for Reid so far.
"Martha won't be upset and neither will I. We can all...I don't know, go see the beginning of the universe or something."
"You worry too much, I don't mind it. And really, I'm sure the TARDIS would like to see the old home again, too." He's masking everything again with a bright smile, because he's really all too skilled at it.
Patting the other's arm, he shakes his head, "And Hydrogen In-rush: Event 1? Hardly a good idea. The TARDIS cannot withstand and explosion like that. It's cataclysmic -- interesting, but very dangerous, you know. Almost had a very bad run in with that recently, actually. Had to splinch many rooms of my TARDIS to avoid it. Terrible, really, but that's quite all right."
A shrug, "So to Gallifrey we'll go, just tell me when you two would like to. I know those coordinates quite well by now." A smile.
He's still uneasy about this, still has that breid look the Doctor wore in his mind, so he's a bit fidgety now, hands stuffed deep into pants pockets and eyes looking away from the other.
"We really, really don't have to go," he starts again but knows that it won't be of much use. Still, he has to try and make the effort.
A laugh escapes him as his error in choices is pointed out. Ah yeah, that might not be the best place to go now that I think about it a little more." A shrug. "You get my point though, we could go anywhere if you didn't want to take us to Gallifrey, I mean I was happy just going to the Moon, remember?"
He's back to working at his lower lip but nods either way. "Okay, I guess but promise me you'll let me know if you change your mind?"
"Will you stop your worrying?" The Doctor is laughing, "I don't mind going, and you two want to go, right? So there, it's settled. Nothing else about it."
Five just shakes his head at the other and eventually presses a finger to the other's lips, "Hush about all of this, now. I promise I will tell you, Time Lord's honor." A smirk and hand is removed, "Besides, you should spend this time finding Martha so we can get moving as soon as possible."

That and it amused him a bit too.

Eyes follow the other as he moves, merely from curiosity. There's a smirk, "I knew there was a catch." He states, looking down a the other.
Shifting lightly, he raises a brow, "Well, out with it, then. What is this request?"
