I have a question about themes - celebs20in20: do we have to make an icon with just "celebs20in20" in it or we have to include our celeb?

no you should have your celeb in the icon, just the text with it is only allowed to be two words.

I have a question about the favorites category...and their be two seperate icons that emphasize favorites that might be simialr? I.e. an icon focusing on the celeb's smile, and an icon focusing on the celeb's lips? Or are those two things too connected to be seperate favorites?

i would consider them different things. :) i would just have the lip one be of the celeb not smiling....
