Did I mention I love my job??????
Today I was obtaining evidence of a speed violation, while doing so I was traveling at 131 MPH on the highway. That is 66 MPH over the 65 MPH limit! Cool right? Anyway, I finally caught up to the car and it was doing 94 MPH in the 65 MPH, that is 29 MPH over the speed limit. Then she SLAAAMMMMMMED on her brakes when I put the lights on and I almost flew right past her! Ended up writing her for 29 MPH over and she'll lose her license for 15 days if found guilty. Also a $286.80 fine with 6 points on the license.
I am kicking myself now because they were all under 18 and I am pretty sure there was alcohol involved with the passengers. Oh well, learn from our mistakes.
