(no subject)
Ok, long time no see... Or write rather... Bleargh, tired...
Anyway since it's been so long and I need to brag a bit, I thought it time to slap up a post again...
A few hours ago (i.e. last night) I felt a bit bored and decided to pick up my Gamecube again and finally finish Twilight Princess.. I got stuck in one particular room a few months back and got tired of it so it's been resting for a while...
Anyway, the room sailed past on a raft (literally) and I eventually found myself at the end of the game and way late (or early, pending on your point of view)...
Adrenalin is still rushing through me...
I love this game, but being a Zelda-nerd it's kinda self written...
Even though I was slightly disappointed by the bosses, a bit too easy. The last boss battle was almost the only one that required a certain measure of skill as opposed to button-pounding, on the other hand I enjoyed that one immensely...
The scenery got me pretty distracted too, it's gorgeous! The technology isn't all that much improved from Windwaker, but at least it's not cel-shading anymore...
The plot held a few surprises too, like Fishface Jr. and a sidekick that actually has an agenda of her own! Joy! Such an improvement from old irritating Navi and The King of Red Lions! (Even if you hate her guts in the beginning...)
There's a multitude of mini-games and side-quests in this, which makes for great pause entertainment when you get tired of your trusty sidekick och get stuck somewhere...
Ah, the Zelda-series never let me down...
Oh well, I guess it's off to bed now... Need to get at least some sleep tonight...
