why why why
why must people be so rude. i work in public services and customer service and its real hard to stay calm these days when people are screaming at you cuz they are unhappy about how your company does things. what is the point in screaming at someone about something you dont like if that employee you are screaming at has no control of it. its just NOT fair! we cannot change it. so dont yell at us! god damn
ok sorry vent over. i wish i could do soemthing else but the pay is somewhat okay and the benefits are excellent and i love my coworkers to death but damn...the customers are so hard to deal with. my manager came over to me and said its not you the are yelling at its how we do things. but its hard to stay calm and whatnot when ou are being screamed at. oh well at least she got reported to admin. i hope they ask her to leave for GOOD. I wont get into what she did but it was labelled as abusive. she even shoved a co worker's hand out of her way when they tried to help. argh
too bad criss angel doesnt need me to set up a cozy little bontique and sell his merchandise at a mall somewhere. doesnt even have to be a mall it can be ANYWHERE :) *slams head on desk*
