homecoming is overrr and so is band!
Livejournal I am sorry I have been neglecting you. This was one of the most hectic week's of my live and I just couldn't find the time to write. Very sorry.
Homecoming week 04-
Mismatch Monday; a very hard day. I still kind of matched cuz I'm a freak like that. Twin Tuesday Maty and myself bought cute outfits (and didn't waste money on shirts you can only wear once). Way back Wednesday I was from the 80's- very hot, lemme tell ya. Training Camp Thursday was, well..yeah. Everyone looked the same on that day. And then of course Maroon Out Friday was Homecoming Day and..we lost. That's okay though. However in more detail, this week was insane! I wrote and planned out the script for the king's homecoming court and helped with the queen's court. Congrats by the way to everyone that made court! This year's homecoming king and queen were Jordan Danks and Christy Babin.
Sidenote: I have come to the conclusion that Christy is one of my top 5 role models. She has the biggest heart and is always so nice to everyone. I've never seen her mad, only frustrated and when she has to yell at people she always does it in the nicest way possible. Not to mention she does so much and still manages to have a life. Plus she is so nice to everybody and doesn't put anyone down. Christy Babin I love you so much and I couldn't think of anyone else that deserves homecoming queen more than you!
BAND IS OFFICIALLY OVER!!! We still have practices here and there but they aren't hardcore anymore and we have noooo more competitions. Life is great. The only thing that sucks is that we didn't make finals at area. We missed it by one which sucks even more. I don't think it would've bothered me so much if Westwood wouldn't have made it, but they did. And ok, we've never not beaten them so it was annoying. And HAYES made it. I mean freaking come on. We should've but oh well, we got to leave early. Cedar Park is my new favorite band. I have so much respect for them and wow, they are amazing. They made state, congrats to them!
Pat's last day of school is October 29th. I dont think I'm that sad yet cuz it doesn't seem like reality yet. But oh man, I'm going to miss him so much. I'd just rather not think about it.
I need to go pick up my pictures now.
And we'll all float on okay.
