Good day at uni. Fiddled around with the new toy for a bit beforehand, added some nifty ringtones and a few better games with that swanky cable I haggled for ([pacman,bomberman,tetris,prince of persia,snake II] > [1on1 basketball,foto fun,hairstyler(?!?!?)]). Ran into a few people and showed it off. Apparently very few people knew I didn't have a mobile before. So just to let you know, I haven't been snobbing all of you off for all these years, I just didn't have a phone of my own!
Got to play around with corba's servertool and stringified remote object references in the tutorial. Had coffee with Dad and 'Swamy. Good conversation, too. Apparently there's a new tablet that cures Leukemia by bonding with the cancerous cells and preventing them from reproducing.
Anyway, fun day had. Hope things are panning out gold for you guys, too.
