Seriously?

I recently was told by a friend that in the time she has known me (which has been a few years) that she still doesn't know me personally very well. I was shocked to say the least as I had thought that I was very open with her about my private life as we have talked about things..things that not too many people really *do* know but which I thought good friends would talk about. She has given advice on stuff going on personally for me and everything. I'm still very surprised with this news and got to thinking. Am I perceived this way by everyone? Am I *that* closed off? Do I push people away even when I'm not going through a bad patch? I really dont want to, especially with friends I hold dear.

So I ask my f-list, am I this way? And if so, what is one thing about me that you would like to know? I won't hold back and will answer honestly. Please be gentle though. :P
