Frickin' insomnia

Between the weather and the carpenter guy coming this morning I slept really badly last night. The latter both because I've been waking up late so I'm always a bit stressed at suddenly needing to be up and going early (worried I'll sleep through the alarm) and because dealing with strangers makes me nervous. And, well, I'm embarrassed about having let the window get into such bad shape, though in my defense until this latest round of major storms it wasn't quite so awful. *sighs*
