PotC: AWE, first time
So, yep, I went and saw the film, finally. Am still digesting, but on the whole I enjoyed it (the rather full theater aside; at least it wasn't too noisy, although the couple next to me did whisper to each other a few times). Will have to go again, no question about that... maybe later this week. Wrote another Dissonance drabble during the ads preceding the movie, before they turned off the lights; will post a drabble momentarily, in separate post.
Then I went to the bookstore and picked up the third and fourth books in Jasper Fforde's Thursday Next series, and also The Children of Hurin. I love bookstore gift cards, I do. *g* So now the question is whether to read one of those, work on fic, or try to narrow down laptop purchase possibilities. Later there will be steak. And peas and turnips from my CSA. Yum.
