Interesting that devilsfancy has either deleted or friends-locked all back posts, for just a "coincidence". There were fic posts visible there last night, and now there are not.

Yup. Not just the one with the bits stolen from me, but all of them are gone; I think they're mostly friends-locked. Whether locked or deleted, that leads me to suspect that such theft was not limited to that particular fic.

It sounds in fact as if devilfancy has done this before to others, was caught and deleted stuff, and has now tried again. Which means this attempt at teaching this person is probably useless, but I feel obliged to try.

Nope, they're all deleted, and only two posts are left on the journal. And the fics have been deleted from the fic archives too. O_O

Not sure whether they're truly deleted - there appear to be many many entries still on the journal, but only a limited amount being displayed publicly. I'd guess it's all just there still. Like everyone has been saying, this is certainly not the first time this idiot has done it, and won't be the last. Can't teach a fucking stupid dog new tricks.

Yup. Someone mentioned some comms that df had cross-posted to, and I poked around; there are still links to various fics on that LJ from those comms, but if I click I get the "not authorized to view this protected entry" result. Which means there, but either friends-only or private.

lol, just wanted to let you know that in my ire, I friended you. Which is not to say that I wouldn't otherwise have done so, but I get shy friending people I admire, lol, and my righteous indignation helped me get over that, lol. Seriously, Admittance, HOAWT.

Hey, I'm always happy to be friended; right now I'm not friending people back until/unless I get to know them a bit as my flist was becoming rather overwhelming, so please don't be hurt that I'm not reciprocating immediately. (And I don't take offense if someone decides I'm not their cuppa and unfriends again, either. Just fyi.)

Ugh, that icon! lol I made it myself, and you can tell, lol. I've written 2 w/s fics of my own, and when my good buddies silentauror and smutella both wrote some too, I decided it was time for a dedicated icon, lol.

I deleted all the links to hir fics on hp_roughside. The stuff was crap, so I wasn't sorry to see it go. Aside from the plagiarism I would have done it anyway, considering all the entries are either f-locked or private now.
