I aten't dead
Work continues to basically kick my butt. There is just such a huge amount to take in; I'm meeting with pretty much everyone on staff except for one or two folks with whom I am not likely to work much, and just that takes a while, plus continuing to shadow and figure out how to do various things. Phew. I still think it's going to be good, once I'm on top of stuff, but I'm now thinking maybe by the end of the semester I will feel that way?
Also have been doing one professional-writing type thing which I just finished, about to start the next (overdue), then there's one more (also overdue). After those are all under control... then I can think beyond, maybe.
Haven't had the energy/time to write fic in the past week, surprise surprise. I had two pieces in the editing queue, and managed to polish up the shorter one this evening and post it:
