So ... childish and lazy? And they made it as far as grad school?? :P (Are these people library students, or just any-major students in search of a job?)

Not library students; we don't have a library science program here. (The only one in the state is at Other University, our traditional rival in fact.) So we get student workers from all majors, both grad and undergrad.
