Just another day
In which there was teaching and a great deal of prep. Have grading and quite a lot of reading to do over the weekend, but have revised next week's schedules somewhat so that my various stand-ins for next Friday's classes should have an easy time of it.
SO and I splurged somewhat and tried an Indian restaurant that I'd been wanting to try since, um, since we moved to this house actually. The buffet was good and about the same price as the Chinese place we so often go to, so that was a win.
Made plane reservations for next weekend in collaboration with my sister. It's early-leaving on both ends, particularly icky on the return flight since the airport is like an hour from where we'll be staying. Seriously, we're talking leaving the hotel by 4 am. Ugh. But it couldn't be helped.
