so last night I came home from work and was sitting on my computer minding my own business, and I heard my neighbor throwing a fit about the roaches. He's was talking to a friend about suing me. He was saying he was civilized and that I never cleaned, and that the roaches were all my fault. I statred freaking out and ended up going to my parents house for the night. They told me to go to the police. So I finally went to the police this morning, and the police told me that there was nothing they could do because harassment is not a crime. They said the only thing was stalking and they said that my neighbor couldn't be charged with stalking since he is my neighbor. The police said I should go back to the real estate company and try to sort it out then. The real estate company is closed on the weekends, so I'll have to go on Monday to sort it all out.

The police did say that if he was bugging me by being noisy and what not I should call the non-emergency number and they would come out and try mediating something.

I guess I'll see what happens....
