Spring 2014,  I'm all over ossan this season.

- Smoking Gun. I hate like this drama. I like Katori Shingo but the drama is boring. There, I said it.
- Zoku Saigo Kara Nibanme no Koi. My kind of drama i.e. josei manga-like renai drama with beautiful backdrop. I'm expecting nothing less and didn't expect to see Kase Ryo (SPEC~) but enjoyed his

Yes, he was. He's my favourite Sano. I was waiting for the live action since I read the manga. I've watched 2007 and Taiwanese version but Oguri Shun in there was really what I pictured Sano would look like in RL ♥ Sano Izumi is my 2D crush. I stopped Hana Kimi 2012 at Episode 1 because I can't betray Oguri Shun's Sano LOL I think Miura Shohei looks a lot like Toma (probably why they cast him for Nakatsu Hana Kimi 2012). If you like Miura Shohei & Jiro, I think you'll like Toma's Nakatsu too.

I like when an actor/actress make me have a different opinion about them with each role they take. Perhaps Toma used to be lumped together in "idol who can't act" category (since he's a Johnny's) but I think his work from last 4 years show his versatility as an actor. I don't have a Johnny's-biased for Toma since I know him as an actor first before "he's a Johnny's". Toma indeed suited for a poor country boy roles like Hanamizuki movie, Hachimitsu to Clover & Osozaki no Himawari (I spent a day cycling at beautiful countryside Shimanto with a friend because she loves Toma so much, I was dragged to Shimanto XD One of our crazy thing must do before 30) . I'm not impressed with Nao Otoko movie that much, perhaps I think the storyline is rather common. Him in Osozaki no Himawari & Bokura ga Ita are my biased as renai drama is my preferred drama/movie genre. Not to mention, I already like Bokura ga Ita manga way before the movie adaptation. However, I hate him so much in Genji Monogatari movie and that was the deciding factor for me. Toma can act. I haven't disappointed his acting roles so far since I first encountered him in 2010. Mao drama is more to heavy side kinda drama but good. I think more good role lining up for him with his age :)

IKR I can't keep up with younger actors any more. I think I better stick with my favourites like Toma, Shun & Ohno for dramas/movies. I'd only negotiate a room in my heart (and hdd) with older actors like Watabe Atsuru because I'm so late noticing him LOL

Ohno is love! I plan to watch Kaibutsu-kun & Shinigami-kun next.
