To review:
This weekend I got some work done, cleaned everything, threw a party, had some laughs, fell off the wagon, baked a cake, let down a friend that was counting on me, had drinks with a gorgeous cultist, helped a buddy through a rough day, made a friend so uncomfortable she left my house, chatted with my folks, looked for a lost tooth, sparred with a legend, decorated the living room, pushed the brownies, sang the old songs, fumed over a lack of superheroic gaming, wore a kilt, got taken advantage of, and consoled a friend who's last grandparent passed on.
More ups and downs than that to which I am used.
Today, my nose returns to the grindstone and I put the past behind me for a few hours. Live every day as if it will be your second-to-last, that's my motto.
