as i waited for the bus this afternoon, i was saddened because the stop was right next to a highschool, and their marching band was practicing. all i could hear was the drumline, but still it made me realize that wow it really is that time of year, and i don't have any band...oh nostalgia.

tomorrow we're heading to northbeach for a night of fun. i think we're going to avoil the castro on tuesday, it sounds waaaaay to crowded and with out-of-towners.
