Today Already Feels Long

I slept in today but I did a thing that I hate where I wake up really early and think its late. So I woke up at 6 am and thought somehow it was 6 at night and I'd missed my 5 o'clock lecture, then I kept going in and out of sleep until sometime after 1.
In theory I should be well rested but instead I feel worn out and I have to write a rough draft of a paper tonight and work an extra shift so that I can go a on campus conference thing in March. Somewhere I have energy, I'm just not sure where it is.
