Now when I was in New Zealand, they were filming a movie called The River Queen and it has Kiefer in it and is on sale at Borders in Ann Arbor. So I ask those who know of the man and his films, would this be worth fourteen or so bucks of my money ( Read more... )

It's...not the best movie. It's pretty Kiefer in a kilt, but eh.

I'd Netflix it, personally.

I really liked it, but I was sort of being shallow and being like OOH KIEFER through most of it, LOL.

As an epic story about NZ colonization, it's totally worth it...it was hyped up quite a bit when it came out here...really should watch it again to give a better critique of it...it's long! I remember that much.

Awesome, I remember hearing lots of stuff about it when it was going to come out over there but never got a chance to see it.

I had a lovely meal and they had a good stout, good breweries are some of my favorite places.
