Ah, the ubiquitous ~HOW'S MY DRIVING~ thread.
So, ladies and gents - have I exceeded the bounds of Ezio's character? Broken history? Forgot a semi-colon in a sentence that should have REALLY HAD A SEMI-COLON? Is there anything you think I can improve on, or is there something I should review?
IF ANY OF THESE THINGS APPLY TO YOU, then by all means post here. IP logging is off, but comments are not screened because if you're posting them anonymously it might be nice to come back to them to make sure of what you said at a later date. ♥
What's up with the Italienglish?
Well, haha. That's an interesting question - what IS up with all the Italienglish! The source material (in this case: Assassin's Creed 2) has a tendency to intermingle the two languages and blame it on 'software translation problems'. The fact of the matter is, Ezio just doesn't seem like Ezio unless he's randomly spouting off words in Italian. As I myself do not speak the language, I try to stick more or less to what's used in the actual game - but I'm not perfect, and I occasionally resort to translators. If I'm using a word wrong or something, by all means, tell me! <3 I don't bite, promise.
No, I mean, are you a total dumbass? All text is translated aboard the Elegante!
... Okay, point. But certain words, when translated, don't really convey as much of the original sentiment. Saying 'my beautiful' doesn't capture the ~magic that saying 'bella mia' does. If this becomes a problem in-game, of course I'm willing to alter it, but it's all in good fun, right? <3
Okay, so Ezio's a bit of a manwhore and it's making me uncomfortable, what do I do?

Seriously, I'm well aware that the brand of flirting Ezio has can make people uncomfortable and I have no problem at all scaling it back around certain characters if anyone is being upset or offended by it. If it happens, please please please come to me. I would feel horrible if I accidentally upset someone. :( RP is happy fun pretendy times for EVERYONE, and you shouldn't have to put up with something that's making you uncomfortable, right?
So I tagged you, and you never replied! What's up? Do you hate me? Should I come after you with a pitchfork?

I am so excited to play with everyone that sometimes I get sidetracked being, well, super excitable and I lose ... um, track (department of redundancy department--!) of things.
