Mi stanco di questo posto. Mannaggia.1
[There's a thunk as the communicator is slammed a little forcibly against... a table? The audio clicks off.]
[text]
So, do any of you here know how to fight? I could use a sparring partner.
[ooc; 'I grow tired of this place. Damn.' ... basically.]

Ay, the gymnasium would work, I think. When are you free?
Reply
Lately I'm always free.
Reply
Well, now would work for me, amico.
Reply
I'll see you there, then.
*He makes his way to the gym. And stuff.*

It looks like a torture chamber.
Federico would have some likely joke about it - spending time with baby brother is torture enough, don't you think? But he only grins at the thought, and waits for the man to join him.
They likely don't speak the same language. Which means he'll be exercising the bare amount of English Anna had taught him to communicate. Eh, practice. In more ways than one.]

He has his comm out when he gets there, but addresses the other man vocally at first.*
Ezio?
Reply
Si.
[... He pauses. And then, with a look of distaste because what is this Inglese crap...]
Hello.
Reply
He nods*
I'm Marco.
*The pulls out the comm and types on it for a moment before showing it to Ezio*
'Did you want to set any sort of rules? Heh, I'd prefer not to get too violent. I'm not looking forward to visiting AMU again.'
Reply
[No, wait, he's determined now.]
To meet you is... good.
[He grimaces a little. Using Italian grammatical structure for English words isn't the brightest idea he's ever had, sure. He switches to the communicator afterwards for ease of communication.]
We stop at first blood, then.
[He shrugs in a manner that manages to be an almost full-body gesture. At seventeen, he doesn't really feel the need to warm up before a spar, but hey, every little bit counts.]
Reply
'Or when someone says to stop.'
*He looks over Ezio, studying him. Just a kid, but that doesn't mean much. Still, with no weapons Marco's confident he can at least take him...unless Ezio has super powers or magic or something.*
'Are you a normal human?'
Reply
'Basta'.
[Not that he thinks it'll get that far. The next question, though, puts him off his guard. 'Are you a normal human?'. Wrapping his head around the concept that this place has all manner of weird things, from talking robots to things he'd only ever heard of in stories has proven... interesting. He shrugs again, and switches back to the communicator.]
Normal enough, I think. I do not turn into anything, or fly. Or...
[Well, a lifetime of running around on rooftops and four months of intensive, ten-hour-a-day training sessions with his uncle's Condottieri haven't exactly turned him into a marshmallow. He rubs the back of his neck and gives Marco a sheepish grin.]
I have training, though. Some.
Reply
*He tries it out. And probably gets it wrong, but he does his best to mimic Ezio*
'No super powers here either. Some training, but I don't know what sort you've done.' *He shrugs* 'I'm ready whenever you are.'
*He pockets the comm*

He draws one arm up across his chest, braces the opposing hand against his elbow and stretches it out. He does, however, gesture for Marco to make the first move. Learning your opponent's strengths and weaknesses was one of the first doctrines Mario tried to hammer into his brain in the ring.]
