ipywpwhich gives me even more excuses to sit on the computer all day! I have to come up with five remotely interesting things to tell you about myself. Here goes nothing, but I'm really not an interesting person.
1. I'm a compulsive daydreamer. It's nearly impossible to stay on one subject at a time without wandering onto something totally trivial and random. That's why I'm always making up stories about people I know or things I've seen. I just can't help myself. Even when I was in my English exam, at one point during my essay I started humming a WL hoedown! Luckily nobody heard me but it was a random experience!
2. I don't care about my appearance. Frankly it isn't a pretty sight and it doesn't bother me. I have acne, a weirdly bobbly nose and an unequal face but I don't care. I also don't wear make up which drives my sister mad. I call her Narcissus because she's so vain. She wears more make up than Girls Aloud. She just doesn't understand why I don't wear make up or do fancy things with my hair and I don't feel compelled to give her a reason for doing so. It makes me uncomfortable and I don't feel like I should wear concealer or mascara or whatever it is to please people. They take the acne or fuck off. Everybody at school kept bragging about how lovely their outfits were going to be for the prom and how they were ever so expensive and unique, so I just turned around and said "I got mine for 45 quid." It was a great feeling.
3. I'm scared of clowns. They're just not natural!
4. I'm a desperate overachiever, when I failed my philosophy higher exam (as did everyone in my class. Don't ask, it was a weird conspiracy) I cried for hours. I still got great grades and enough to get into all the universities I applied for, but that bloody fail has hung over my head like a black cloud. I'm always so harsh about myself. I wish I was smart enough to go to Cambridge, if only because of the Footlights Theatre group.
5. I enjoy reading books that nobody else has read because it makes me feel a bit special. I'll actually read anything that is put in front of me - when I was a kid, there was nothing else to read in the house so I counted all the people in the phone book with my surname - because it's a horrible compulsion. I love to watch TV with the subtitles up for some odd reason. There are few things as good as the feeling you get when you finish a very, VERY long book.
I'll let this tag be open to anybody who wants to take it. Also, I'll tag it onto
