TV! Sweet, sweet TV.

Yep, no matter how pre-occupied one gets with university, extra readings and life in general, there can always be room for TV. Of course, I'll probably still watch most of my shows on my laptop (I'm planning on catching up on Big Love, Mad Men and White Collar) but we do have Sky+ so I can also catch up onn Modern Family and even record AC360, ( Read more... )

How amazing is Sky+ !?
We have Virgin back in Brighton, so we get a lot of programs on demand which is good, but it's not as good as being able to live pause and rewind etc.

God bless my parents for having Sky+ HD !! ^_^

Oh my god, it truly is! Rewinding and pausing TV! You bet I'm going to be hogging this thing until I go back to uni.

Oh, you'll approve of this. I e-mailed Murdo Fraser to ask him what would be a good way to get into politics after uni and he replied about internships and stuff! Ace! Even my anti-Tory mum was impressed.

Aw, I loved Tesco haha. There was an awesome one on Royal Avenue in Belfast and we'd go there every day for food because our hostel had a kitchen. I got a shitton of yummy candy there for 5 pounds. Anyway, shame that they're not hiring, but unfortunately this happens all the time.

HAPPIER NOTE: I like making cocktails m'self, it's fun and you really do feel like you created something. :D

The leaves have been blown away! Ahem. Thought it would work for new year, new layout. Not quite used to it yet, I keep doing double takes everytime I click on it!

I'm hoping that I'll have enough Xmas money to get down, so I'll report in a couple of days. And we can make cocktails and junk food (any excuse to use the cocktail book I bought Emma. ;D)

I'm sure it's awesome, just like you are! So glad you liked your present, and that it arrived in one piece (I think the package delivery guy was getting sick of me.) *hugs*
