-- now the question is ... can I actually do this by 2010? Can I actually afford it by 2010? The trip costs around 6-7 grand, which includes food and transportation. The race is the traditional 26 miler. You must complete the halfway point in around 3 hours and then the whole course in 6.5.
I was running a 6 miler in around an hour. Multiply that by 4, and I could totally do this. Right?
I want to run with penguins ... can you hold that against me?
Oh well, off to do a 3 miler to nurse back this injury of doom ... then more Father Bernie test and beautiful Italian leftovers! What a Sunday.
