Burimyu DAY 4
HIYO!!
First, happy birthday Tuti. You are now 31. Ossan.
So _ses_ and I headed out nice and early today to try our luck at getting tickets for today's Burimyu shows.
We lucked out in finding two girls selling tickets for tonight's show almost right away, so we bought those. But when it came to the draw I wasn't so lucky, there were four of us (me, _ses_ and two other friends of ours) and I was the only one to not get a ticket x___X
So I found a nearby combini and sat there with a drink for about an hour and a half/two hours, writing up my full Burimyu report. Didn't get much done before I realised it was time to meet up with the others again |D
I was annoyed to find there was a Doutor up the street ... I was totally hoping to find a Doutor to bum at but I went in a different direction. Boo.
Anyway, had lunch, went back to stand in the cold and honestly it felt good to actually know we had tickets. We're going to try the lottery system again tomorrow, but I'm not confident.
BUT IT'S OK BECAUUUUUSEE!!!
IZURU DID THE LEAD FOR CATHARSIS OF ETERNITY TONIIIIIIIGHT!!!
(NOTE: I could be wrong about some of these lines because of my limited Japanese, but it would have been "something along the lines of..." XD)
Totally worth the hours we spent in the cold, the two hours wandering around Sendagaya (which is not very exciting) alone, the stress of the lottery system!!!!
So the 'uso' game started with Zaraki-taichou and Unohana-taichou. That was amusing.
In an earlier scene Unohana-taichou leaves Zaraki-taichou some flowers and asks him to name them. In the 'uso game' he says he named them after her; "Retsu".
When he said it was a lie, she asked which part was a lie (because he said all this other stuff to her that I didn't get) and he said it was ALL a lie. She turns around and sighs, disappointed XDD It was cute~~
I had no clue what Soifon-taichou was doing to Kuchiki-taichou, but it looked like she was tormenting him, making him strike weird poses and all.
OH! Around the start of the first skit, you hear someone cough, and apparently it was Rukia, she starts choking a bit so runs backstage to get some water.
So when Soifon-taichou calls Kuchiki-taichou down to centre stage, he walks past Rukia and stares at her.
Bya: Are you alright?
Rukia: Yes.
Bya: You should have some water *motions for her to go backstage*
...... (she already had and everyone kind of chuckles)
Bya: You should have some water. (sort of like, this performance will not move on until you do as I say)
So Rukia runs off.
I think at one stage Byakuya (.... suddenly I start using his first name...) puts his hand on his heart, like her wellbeing is important to him XDD SOOOO CUUTE!
After his and Soifon-taichou's skit, Byakuya is just standing there and Rukia runs back on.
Rukia: I had some water.
XDD
She must have said something else, because that was funny, but she said it and the entire cast fell over laughing! Seriously Ichigo rolled back on the step he was sitting, Shuuhei keeled over, Izuru seriously fell to his knees! It was quite funny watching the entire cast fall over like that though.
So then Gin looks around for the next person, and there are people yelling "Shuuhei~~" (so I yell with them |D) and Shuu turns to the audience and puts his finger on his lips going "shhh!"
Gin then stares at Renji who has turned around and is trying to look away, but he cannot escape XDD Renji takes centre stage and I almost missed it, he said his victim's name so fast.
"Kira."
*cue me squealing a little too hard*
Renji goes on to "hypnotise" Izuru, making him do stupid stuff like jump when Renji commands and what not.
Ren: "You ... will... jump..."
Izuru: *bounces*
Ren: "You... will... jump..."
Izuru: *jumps a little higher*
And eventually...
Ren: "You will... take off your hakama" (I don't think that's what he said, but something along the lines of that, or untie your obi or something, I didn't actually understand any of it but....)
*girls squeal and Eiki chuckles*
Ren: "You will...take off your hakama..." *moves closer to Izuru*
Izuru: *starts untying his obi*
*more screaming*
Renji: Uso.
XDDDDDDDDD God it was good, it was good!!!
(As Izuru moves back to his usual spot, Shuuhei, as per usual, pats his shoulder~)
Then of course they all line up and Gin waits to announce the winner. Izuru decides to run over all the way to the other side of the stage so that he can stand ...extremely close to Renji.
(*Renji was saying "Omae wa... don don...jumpu shita" to Izuru)
So the spotlight roams around the people that participated today.
Gin: "Abarai-kun's don don (something something)...Izuru!"
*WHOLE AUDIENCE SCREAMS*
(Well I screamed and my mind went blank for a bit)
So Izuru takes centre stage as Gin runs off and he and Renji have some more fun. Izuru this time tries hypnotising Renji, and Renji tries doing it to Izuru again. When Renji goes to Izuru "you.. will ..jump!" it was cute because izuru jumps and so does Ichigo XDDD
(Who earlier couldn't stop laughing and was hiding while Shuuhei and Ikkaku tried to tell him to get a grip)
Then Izuru and Renji both turn to the circle of people behind them and try making everyone jump. (I'm pretty sure almost everyone did, Byakuya chose to just stand there though)
Then of course Gin's voice comes from above and says Izuru will of course be dancing the lead to "this song!" *cue Catharsis of Eternity"
*more screaming as the others run off stage, and more screaming as Gin and Tousen and come out in their Hueco Mundo outfits*
Izuru was SO CUTE the whole way through. He sounded adorable singing, and he was constantly staring at Gin, making it as obvious as possible. Also when he did the whole covering one eye thing, he would leave his hand there and duck his head out in different directions, because between his hair and his hand the poor boy was covering both eyes XD
Even at the end of the song, the lights go back to normal and he's still doing it XD Gin has to tell him at least twice before he finally stops. And Tousen always walks up to the lead dancer and says something before striding angrily off stage. Today he went up to Izuru, copies his head ducking thing and strides off XDD
Izuru: ......Ichimaru-taichou!! That was a bit strange!! *runs off stage*
Kyah.... oh wait there's something else.
So the cast runs into the audience at the end, we weren't close enough to the aisle to high-five Naoya, but he comes by, and I scream Shuuhei at him as per usual.
Then IZURU comes up, (didn't reach our row though) and sees and empty aisle seat and just SITS DOWN next to this poor girl (who if she were me, would have died) and everyone in the surrounding area screams like mad. He takes a moment to just sit there before wandering off again~
Also during Mou Hitotsu, Tuti stops just a row or two in front of us, and he was slowly glancing over everyone with these really wide, creepy eyes! It was so scary!!!
*shudders*
I think those were the main highlights for tonight. I hope to get some more tickets tomorrow, but if not, we have secured out seats for senshuuraku and I've seen Izuru do Catharsis, so I really shouldn't ask for more... but you know... it would be nice.
