Been dying all week for this!!!
Mmmm so ... the episode was too short, is all I can really say (as if) haha! I know they have to just start it, establish everything and whatever, and let's face it, it was probably fairly rushed if you were to look at it properly.
The zanpaktou hanging out had me confused at first, I was like "you all have a world to hang in?"
I think this picture made me giggle more than it should have. MUCH more than it should have.
It seemed really random that Byakuya and Renji were basically using Bankai on each other, I mean training is training sure, but weren't they going a little too far?
The fact that Hinamori-san is up and about like that makes me wonder when exactly in the story this is suppose to take place. Probably just random, doesn't matter, too exciting to care.
Goddarn it when everyone was receiving the hell butterflies I was just waiting for Izuru and Shuuhei to be together, seeing as they were showing in Captain/Liet successions (minus the 11th). Totally did not imagine them naked and on top of each other, you know, up to no good when Shuuhei (who's on top ;p) turns around and mutters something like "Dammit, now?"
Is it bad that I also had a mini-squee when Sasakibe-fukutaichou collapsed and Izuru, Shuuhei and Hinamori were the three that ran over together? (Darn it Omaeda you are so useless, stop shouting "CAPTAIN" at everything!)

He's so not like Shuuhei! It's an 11th Division, death and blood loving monster! (Tobiume is cute though)
It was so cool but freaky how when they attacked they made the same sound effects as when Shuuhei and Hinamori used their attacks some episodes back. I mean of course they would, because it's the same weapon really, but still. Just made it so much more real these were their zanpaktou.
I can't even decide whether Kazeshini or Wabisuke scares me more now...

Mmmm I didn't want the episode to end, I wanted it to just keep going because I've been waiting for this arc for so long! (At least it feels like it's been a long time)

It was an interesting thing to do, show the Shinigami and their zanpaktou but they didn't show Izuru darn it! Hmph!
That last pic with the swords like that is quite awesome though... darn, such amazing perspective.
By the way, was it just me or was this episode overloaded with cute?
First off Suzumebachi! I was like "ooohhh hahaha, it's Suzumebachi!" after seeing her fly around like Tinkerbell for the first few shots. She's so tiny and so cute!! And what the heck, "Ladies don't like men that rush things" and "He's kinda hot"?!?! (And at Hyouinmaru at that, bahaha!)
He looks like something out of Lucky Star.

Urgh, urgh!! Ukitake-taichou's little elfie twin like children!! They are so cute, oh my god I just want to take them home!! They are SO CUTE!!!!
Ah!! I just noticed!! Where the heck is our preview?! I knew something felt lacking after the Zanpaktou bit!
(I have to say, and I feel terrible for saying this, but when Kurotsuchi-taichou's zanpaktou came out in the episode, and when it popped up during the zanpaktou bit it was really cute. And the interactions were cute. It's like pop, and Kurotsuchi-taichou looks down like "ooh" at this small child -it's no child I know, but it's tiny-. And then it pops up again at the end of kind makes a 'oohhh' noise and flies away!)
