Massive Update for the Ages
In no particular order:
Computer Issues - Got the Desktop working again. Thank goodness. Except, I had to reinstall Windows and am now in the process of trying to update everything once again. But, during said process, I figured out that there is either something completely and horribly wrong with my video card and I need to buy a new one or the company just sucks and I need to buy a new one. In short, I need to buy a new one because everytime I try to update the drivers, my whole computer goes wonky and back to the state where I cannot sign into my machine. Which means no gaming for me. :( Thank God for System Restore Points and the likes though. Anyway, it's working. I still have my pictures and music and videos so yaaay. Just gotta figure out the upgrades now - both the video card and if I want to buy Windows 7 or not.
On Saturday, I joined Planet Fitness. I've worked out twice which is hella awesome. I'm very excited. This is the first step to Improving Me. Next will be to get my driver's license. I'm also thinking about going to talk to someone about getting put back on an anti-anxiety medication though that will have to wait until after several other appointments which must be set. Improving Me is hard but it will be worth it.
Soccer is on Saturday!! UNION!! I'm excited. :D I need to get a jersey though and NO WHERE seems to be selling them. Ugh. I hope the Link will at game time. *crosses fingers*
Summer Show is West Side Story and it will be my last with my summer gorup because I'm graduating. Boo getting old! But I'm already working on my audition pieces. I'm aiming for the Somewhere solo during the dream ballet. :D The song sits awesomely in my range, now I just need to work on the control and emotion.
It's Phillies season and this makes me VERY happy. Thank you, Canada, for our new pitcher and his guidence in yesterday's 11 to 1 win over DC. :D On the football front, I'm not upset about McNabb, but I am about Sheldon Brown. :( The fall is going to suck, man. Must. Enjoy. The. Spring. Phillies. Union. Raaaawr!
Easter was pretty good. Saw lots of family. Found out that yet another cousin is pregnant. Either they're all having them now or will be having them in the fall. Craaaazy times. Do not drink the water. We also had an Easter Egg hunt in my house, but we waited until the little ones were gone. Egg hunt was 17-25 xD Yes, we are complete dorks but HA! My sister lost! :D She's usually the champion and she loooost!!! Hehehe.
Crafting is awesome. I like being productive! The BONES Swap was fantastic and the bracelet I made got wisted. *preens* Working on NCIS now and trying to decide on what's after that. There are several including two steampunk, one Pushing Daisies, one Pimp my Cubicle and one supply swap that I'm eyeing. I'm also making myself new steampunk bits as well as other pieces of jewelry. Need to open my etsy soon.
Finished reading Changless. LOVED IT. LOVED IT. LOVED IT. Can it be September yet?? Great new characters and much awesomeness from the original ones. Also, Amazon sucks and I'm not getting my copy of Changes for another week or so. Boooo. I want Dresden noooow but I don't have the money to buy a second copy, lol. So I must wait. Boo again.
Many many many hugs to vivier because I loff her and she is awesome and well, could always use hugs.
... and this would be my first PUBLIC post in I don't know how long. We'll see how long it lasts.
