Burn&firm-pilates
this morning i biked with the dog for 27 mins, then did 5 mins of
stretching on my own. another 5 mins to transition to my video
workout, which was 'crunch:burn&firm pilates' with ellen
barrett... around 49 mins. i really enjoyed this workout! it
is a fusion of cardio, weights (3 lb dummies or perhaps 5's) and
pilates. the majority of the workout is done standing, which i
liked. lots of different moves in this one, but ellen makes her
workouts flow so well that there was nothing that was awkward.
there has been one workout of ellen's that i didnt like (it was a
'self' magazine one), but she really is a quality instructor.
this workout is recommended.
