Super fun weekend!
So went to my first kinkfest this weekendand had a surprisingly good time. The parties were fantastic and the hotel worked out really well. I just loved the big open social area there. Didn't manage to make it to any of the workshops but did go to some of the community gtuop meetings, including one that ended up being a very valuable discussion about intimacy and vulerabilities.
I think the most amusing part was how many times I was told, "I heard a rumor that you were here this weekend. Good to see you again. " or some variation there of. It was good to see and reconnect with people I haven't seen in a long time.
I will say that next year I am bringing sheets from home. The hotel's were incredibly rough on my back sat night. Not that I'm complaining mind you. *grin*.
