When a character finally finds his/her purpose...

So, as I've let my mind mull over and play around with the decision to show some of the naval battles I've been wondering just who is actually in charge of the protagonists very small fleet. And then, a character who I've never really known what to do with stepped up and decided that she was the commander of the fleet.

Problem solved. Other than fully developing her character's personality, of course.
