My day so far....
Has been nothing but interesting to say the least. And that's not meant in either a good or bad way because honestly I've had the best of both worlds today. >.> I never expect much on my birthday, and while I won't mention some things lets start off with the fact that I had to work this morning at 8am till 3:30. Not to bad, but I forgot we actually had nintendo wii's in stock today. x.x Needless to say that made it kinda busy because almost every 10 mins I was asked to get one. And I didn't really get much accomplished today either. But what really started to piss me off was the fact I got on my break, and then the guy who was covering my break comes dashing through the break room and tells me on his way through, "your break is over!" in a not so pleasant tone. Lucky for him he was gone because I still had a few minutes left and wasn't going to hold back asking him wtf his problem was.
But....I let that blow over. I went back to work and kept busy till my lunch. Tiffany who's way too nice for her own good sometimes bought me a PSP. =P I really feel guilty for accepting it, that's more than I expect anyone to spend on me. Well, at lunch since I also had a $35 gift card for EB Games, I went and bought Sonic Rivals for PSP since I've always wanted to play it. ^^;; Sadly, I forgot I need a memory stick so that's something I'll have to pick up later.
Well, my lunch ended fine and I went back to work and after awhile it was time for my 2nd break. Now I should point out that when you leave for break, you may get stopped by someone asking you something, or you might have some other kind of detour. It happens. But your break starts when you get back there. Well, I was taking something up for a customer and I got back there at 2:55. I get 15 mins for break. That means I head back at 2:10. Well, something told me to keep my walkie on low because the guy covering electronics for me didn't know as much as I do. Well, It's like 2:08 and I hear on the walkie, "Is anyone near Cedric, because he went on a 15 and it's already been 20 mins." I stop talking to the guy I was talking to in back and I'm like WHAT THE HELL?! So I get on the walkie and say, "Excuse me, but I got back here at 2:55, it's now 2:09 and I'm heading back now. It's been 15, not 20 mins." Well needless to say that really pissed me off, so I got back there and asked told him again and he apologized and he was just basically pissy from working last night and having to work tonight. I blew it off, I'm trying to have a good day, and I understand that sometimes. Besides, he's usually cool but everyone has their bad moments I guess.
And that's been my day so far. The fight of bad vs. good day. I'm really trying to have a good one. -.- *sighs* A friend wants to hang out with me but I've yet to hear back from her and I think crawling under a rock would be the easier way to have a good day than go out. At least I have the next 3 days off. I really need it.
