Run Ragged
It's been a long day. Work was insane. We were one person down and even with a sub, I was running around left and right to make sure everything went smoothly.
In good news, the water pump in the well has been replaced. It had apparently caught on fire yesterday when a capacitor failed. I can't tell you how happy I am to have running water again!
In not so good mood, because of being so busy, my word count for today was a whopping 166. This frustrates me greatly. It isn't really fair. Especially not when someone else has the balls to say something like, "I don't need a junk answer, I need help because I'm really stuck." talking about their novel, and of course because I'm that kind of person I stop what I'm doing to help them.
Also not fair that I get home from work at near 8, I have to make the dinner - fair enough I'd rather not be poisoned LOL - the other half burns water! But also the laundry basket is overflowing, so that has to be done. Also, "It's a cage cleaning day, right?" And there's washing up to be done after dinner! Just too much to do!
