yes, i am still alive
... not that any of my old friends would notice, but hey, i'm really still alive. so, that being said,...
i have been working for brookshire brother's up here since january. hell, i don't even know how to build up to this story, but the bottom line is i went to interview with the big boss for the assistant manager's position at my tobacco barn and was SPEECHLESS when they told me no, that they are giving me MANAGER, instead!!! so, i'm a happy girl.
that's pretty much it, for me. i'm still trying to be supermom holding down a full-time job and juggling kid obligations with my husband.
i've been getting alot of really dirty emails and phone calls from my exhusband. i talked about it with doug and told him that i'm not going to pretend that i'm not flattered and damn it, i'm bored. i told him that it was really nice to know that some man out there in this world thought i was sexy. so, doug has been a little more attentive.
the kids are doing okay. christopher is not turning in his assignments, so i bought him and kimi both a student planner. hopefully, that will work.
