Congrats to me!!!
i got a promotion at work!! it goes into effect in two more weeks. not only do i get a way better position -- dietary assistant in healthcare, but i also get a way better shift. 2 shifts of 5.30am to 2.00pm and 2 shifts of 10.45am to 7.15pm. that means 3 days off a week as opposed to one or two and i also get two weekends a month off instead of one. whoo hoo. oh, and i get a $1 per hour raise in my salary. she said NO ONE has gotten a promotion before their 90 day probationary period was up !!!!! man, i had gotten so used to shaking my ass instead of using my brain that i kind of forgot that i have one! (that really was very contradictory, wasn't it?) anyway, the boys have ball practice, so i have to go now. laters.!!!
