I like to cook, and I like to think I'm pretty good at it.
For the last 8 years I've made an active study of the elements of cooking. I've studied: stocks, roasts, saute, sauces, oils, braising, bbq, grilling, pasta, frying, force meat (really cool that one), sushi, pies, and a whole mess of other stuffs.
Years later: I am still a pretty shitty baker.
Time to fix that.
